This program, developed from my 24 years as a law enforcement officer and 8 years as a professional bodyguard, helps maintain "active calm"—a calm mind and relaxed body in action—during critical situations and fosters resilience afterward. Unlike traditional Tai Chi, TCMMMRT focuses on "gross motor Tai Chi movements and patterns," essential during fight, flight, or freeze responses. Combining these movements with mindfulness and coordinated nasal breathing has proven effective in managing extreme stress and PTSD. This presentation includes a multi-sensory experience with lecture, demonstration, and audience participation.
