In this presentation, Robert will discuss the importance of breathing in Qigong practice and the roles of Yin and Yang during the inhale and exhale. He will lead two Qigong exercises, Yi Jin Jing and Small Heavenly Circuit, as examples to experience and understand the different ways of breathing and their functions and benefits. Through this experiential component, you will gain a deeper understanding of how breathwork is integrated into Qigong practice as a way to cultivate Qi (energy), improve physical health, and promote mental well-being.
