Janet Seaforth will lead us through a shortened version of her basic Qigong PYNK practice. We will start this practice with Wuji, stillness practice, by centering to connect with the Three Powers that include Earth, Sky, and Humanity/Breath. We feel the movement of energy within the open stillness of our body. This practice continues with Organ Washing and Tending Changing as we massage every joint and organ of the body. Expect to do some balance practice and moving from solid to empty yin yang practice with "Crane Spreads Its Wings" form. We experience the stillness in the movement. This practice will help us to create health and healing in our body by bringing our minds loving attention into our body. (Length: 30 minutes)
