This session introduces LuLu Dao Yin, an ancient practice of Jing-Dong (stillness/movement). We'll start with a centering practice, then gentle standing Qigong, where you can follow along or explore your own movements. Next, we'll move into Dao Yin, returning to a still and centered state, letting the Qi move us. Simple guiding words will help you stay in the consciousness of the Heart-Mind, connecting with the life-force. This practice emphasizes mindful awareness, not formless movement, and is suitable for all experience levels.
