Rose Wippich is a certified Qigong and Yoga instructor, and Reiki Master Teacher. She has 600 hours of qigong instruction with John Munro of Long White Cloud Qigong and 500+ Yoga training under various teachers with an emphasis in Yin yoga. She combines these practices with her role as an Energy Alchemist to guide others on their transformational journeys. She helps individuals become more aware of their energy, connect with their bodies, and cultivate a practice that promotes mobility, flexibility, vitality, and inner peace. Rose encourages her students to become an active participant in their energetic wellbeing. It's a journey of self-discovery that can lead to greater vitality, clarity, and harmony in all aspects of life.
