According to classical Chinese Medicine and Qigong, the leading cause of death and disease is negative emotions.
It's not that negative emotions are bad. It's when your emotions are not appropriately addressed that they show up as pain, chronic disease, and inflammatory conditions.
Your body, your organs, and your face keep the score as to what emotional traumas you've been through.
Face reading, also known as mienshiang 面相, came about because ancient Chinese doctors did not feel it appropriate to touch women for diagnosis.
You’ll learn how every feature on your face tells a story of your personality, trapped emotions. And as a result of your trapped emotions, what potential diseases may be laying inside your body.
During this exciting and eye-opening session, we'll take a deep dive into facial features, lines and markings on your face.
Gain insight on how certain features connect to specific internal organs and what those features tell us about your personality, and what emotions are trapped in your body.
More importantly, you’ll learn Qigong practices that release these trapped emotions and can reverse the chronic pain and disease process.
During this session experience freedom, from releasing negative emotions and trauma. And as a byproduct, will change the features on your face to help you look younger and live a longer, healthier, and more fulfilled life.
Chris Shelton is also no stranger to catastrophe.
