The One, Wuji, is such a mysterious and important subject in Taoist literature that many people conflate it with The Tao. And yet we are told in the Tao Te Ching that "The Tao is the origin of The One. The One created The Two. The Two formed The Three. From The Three came fourth all life (all myriad of things / The 10,000 things)”. It is also described in the way that it manifests such as: a state / a principle / an energy / a characteristic. This will not be a scholarly or academic approach because we cannot find or acquire Wuji this way. Certainly, we cannot guard our inner connection with it, if we were to acquire or connect with it, in an intellectual way. In our time together, I will share some of my experience with this through the fundamental Qigong practice of ‘Centering’ through the heart.
