Tom Rogers has been practicing eastern healing arts since the mid-1980s and Tai Chi and Qigong for over 25 years. He is a certified Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher; has co-authored manuals on teaching Qigong and Tai Chi and articles on Qigong standardization, regulation, and legislation; and, as President of the Qigong Institute, promotes scientific research on Qigong for medical professionals, scientists, Qigong practitioners and teachers, and policy makers. Tom is the author of the new eBook “An Introduction to Qigong Health Care” available through the non-profit Qigong Institute.
Josie Weaver is a meditative movement teacher with multiple certifications in Tai Chi and Qigong, Yoga, and body work who has developed curriculum at the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi and currently teaches Qigong and Tai Chi for chronic pain for both private clients and in clinical settings in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is President Emerita of the Healer Within Foundation, an organization committed to increasing the number of trainers, teachers, and practice leaders of mind-body healing arts; and she currently serves as Vice President of the Board of the Qigong Institute, promoting the scientific understanding of Qigong.
Francesco Garri Garripoli is an internationally recognized Senior Qigong and Meditation instructor, Yoga practitioner, musician, brainwave researcher, author, Doctor of Divinity, and wellness advocate. Chair Emeritus of the National Qigong Association and Chair of the Qigong Institute, he’s featured on award-winning Qigong videos practiced by hundreds of thousands around the world. An Emmy Award-winning producer and author of Qigong - Essence of the Healing Dance, he has studied with elder Masters while living in China, India, Hawaii, and Thailand and offers workshops, online courses, private coaching sessions, and Instructor Certification programs through the non-profit CommunityAwake organization.
