We can gain—or lose—our center within a single breath.
So how do we maintain presence in each moment of our lives?
What does it truly mean to be present? Is this an active or passive state of being? And how does Qigong provide us with the opportunity to achieve presence—with others, ourselves, and the world (crazy or not) at large?
From a natural state of being (the Daoist concept of zírán 自然) obstacles become opportunity, reactivity resolves, and we can find authenticity in self and others.
Join us for a chat on (and direct experience of) this state through posture, breath, and intention—experiencing true presence within your connection between Heaven and Earth.
