What We Do
Our Qigong community works together to
create opportunities for people to learn more about Qigong. We develop
and distribute introductory materials to the public; our faculty of
instructors offers general as well as advanced workshops for students
to improve their practice and understanding. We provide easy access to
a large number of quality education materials here on our Online Store.
We organize an annual National Qigong Conference that takes place in a
different area of the country each year. We also sponsor regional
conferences organized by local members.

Spreading Qigong Information
The NQA issues QiMail,
our bi-annual online newsletter, as well as a bi-annual printed
Newsletter, QiFlows. All editions of the Qimail are available in the
Members' Only section.
Our Healing Wave Project creates and distributes videos for public viewing, including our popular Discovering Qigong
video. Through our association with other Qigong and allied groups, the
NQA is also a valuable resource for finding out what's going
on—from major events like World Tai Chi and Qigong Day to local community events around the country.
We also have several active Committees
including: Membership, Finance, Certification, Healing Wave, Ethics
& Integrity, Bylaws, Nominations, Newsletter, Editorial, Events,
Regional and Internet... all supported by our hard working volunteers.
