I certify that I am physically able to participate in any physical activity that I choose. I assume the responsibility of my own actions at this Conference and agree to release and hold harmless the NQA, its directors or agents and Vancouver Hilton WA in the event that any injury, damage or loss results during my participation at this event. I have fully read and understood this release.
- By registering, I agree that I understand that it is my responsibility to avoid being photographed. The NQA videotapes many of the events, workshops and general sessions at our conferences for the purpose of promoting NQA goals. Should you choose not to be in the video and/or photos, it is up to you to communicate that to the photographer so s/he can instruct you where to stand/sit to avoid that eventuality.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any cancellation prior to 60 days in advance of Conference will be refunded at 100% minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations requested between 30-60 days in advance of the Conference will be refunded at 75% minus a $50 administrative fee.
- NO refunds will be given less than 30 days before the first day of the Conference. However, for cancellations received within this 30-day period, 50% of the registration fee (after deduction of the $50 administration fee) may be applied to the 2013 Conference weekend registration fee.
